What is MeTime?

MeTime is a LICENSED Drop-In Child Care Facility with 2 locations in Middle Tennessee! Mt. Juliet opened in 2017 and Murfreesboro opened December 2020.

When you are a part of the MeTime Family you can use both locations at any time at no extra charge! We are a small business and the owner has been working with children since 2001. All of our teachers/caregivers exceed State Regulations and have undergone extensive background/fingerprint clearances with both the State and Nationwide. We are all CPR/FA certified as well and undergo monthly trainings to keep us up to date on best practices in all aspects of childcare.

MeTime is licensed to care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Reservations are not required, however if you have an infant they are are strongly suggested since we only accept a few infants at a time to ensure the best quality care for each child. MeTime offers snack and hot meal options and we are licensed by the Health Department and can heat up or chill any food brought in. We ask that all food brought in be NUT FREE.

MeTime believes strongly that that best type of way to learn is through play and we engage each child on their level no matter their age. We offer arts and crafts, STEAM projects, fun games through directed play and encourage relationships and working through life experiences during free play. Every opportunity is a chance to learn!

Do you need a reservation to bring your child to MeTime?

Only if your child is younger than 12 months. We also request a reservation if your child needs more individualized attention so that we can make sure we are staffed to meet that need.

If your child is 1 year – 12 years old no reservations are needed!

MeTime does not require the children in our care to nap. However we do work with parents to ensure that we cater to each child’s individual needs as closely as we can. We do have pack and plays, nap mats, cot sheets, blankets, and a quiet area where your child can rest if they want to.

How do I register my family?

What is MeTime’s safety protocol?

MeTime strongly believes in keeping your child’s health and safety our top priority. Along with parent ID checks upon drop off and pick up, we also keep our facility secure and locked at all times with only the caregivers being able to unlock our facility doors. We are always checking with CDC and State guidelines to keep best practices in place. We have a cleaning service and we are constantly cleaning our facility as well as our toys several times a day. We also have temperature checks for staff and children before entering the facility.

What kind of clearances does our staff go through?

MeTime Staff are screened by the Department of Justice, and go through multiple background clearances. Everyone on our team is certified in CPR and First Aid and go through early childhood training before interacting with the families in our care. We also train our staff monthly through skill building workshops and classes designed to provide them with the required tools and resources to provide top quality care to the families we serve. MeTime exceeds all State Licensing Requirements and maintains a lower teach child ratio than what is required of State regulations. It is important to us to make sure that anyone on our team absolutely loves working with children and are able to engage with them through directed activities or free play.
